He was predeceased by: his parents, Royal Turner and Bernice Turner (Latham); and his brother Charles Turner. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Rounds; his children, Brian Turner (Dana), Angela Trimmer (Terry), Barry Turner (Missy) and Patrick Turner; and his siblings, Linda Wilson, Norma Wandfluh (Lee) and Byron Sample Jr..
