Moutray of Savannah, Missouri, born in Saint Joseph, Missouri, who passed away on October 18, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold E. Moutray and Ethel Rosella Moutray (Brant). He is survived by: his children, Christi Moutray and Chad Moutray; his partner Jeaneen Kelly; his brother Ronald E. Moutray (Joan); and his grandchildren, Kayleigh, Kenzie, Destyni, Isabella, Brody and Brynden. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, friends.
