She was predeceased by: her parents, William Newgent and Frances Cooper Steeby. She is survived by: her children, Cogie Lowry (Larry), Toni Myer (Ronnie), Jeff George (Angie) and Shawn George (Sandra); and her brother Gary Steeby (Wanda). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, Connie's family requests memorial donations to the American Diabetes Association.
