He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie K. Hale and Goldie M. Hale (Cook); his wife Maryann L. Perry; his son Richard D. (Connie Summers); his sisters, Dora, Beaula and Joyce; and his son-in-law Bob Wolf.
He is survived by: his children, Sandy Foote (Jerry), Danny Summers (Sharon), Tanya Wolf and Shawn Hale. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchild.
