He is survived by: his daughters, Megan Meyer of Nevada and Kaylee Meyer of Rock Port, Missouri; his mother Patricia Meyer of Sarcoxie; and his siblings, Stacy Fox (Josh) of Quapaw and Russell Meyer of Sarcoxie. He is also survived by sister; several nieces and nephews; great-nieces and great-nephews.
