She was predeceased by: her son Sammy Jack Sr; and her grandchildren, Travis Eugene Jack and Elizabeth Jack. She is survived by: her husband Bobby Lee Jack Sr.; her children, Bobby Lee Jack Jr. (Sheila) of Sarcoxie, Tommy Jack of Sarcoxie, Kathleen Feather (Curtis) of Sarcoxie, Vickie Schmidt (Randy) of Sarcoxie, Cindy Myers (Mike) of Sarcoxie and Terry Jack of Sarcoxie; her grandchildren, Krischa Jack, Dakota Jack, Shelby Jack, Chase Jack, Sammy Neil Jack, Jr. (Mary), Randy Wayne Jack, Jessie Jack (Cassie), Crystal Loveland (Dalton), Jennifer Baker (Casey), Denver Feather, Dusty Feather (Melinda), Charles Whitehead (Kris), Andrew Whitehead (Jessi), Jessica Flynn (Rowdy), Colton Myers (Sierra), Justin Myers and Dalton Jack; and her brother Ed Todd (Marilyn) of Coffeyville, Kansas. She is also survived by twenty five great-grandchildren.
