He is survived by: his sister Ruth Gurley of Sarcoxie; his nephews, Erik Richard Gurley of Bentonville and Jared Dale Gurley of Sarcoxie; his niece Gina Lynne Revel of Leawood, Kansas; his great-nieces, Cailyn Revel and Zoe Gurley; and his cousin Jeannine Wormington of Sarcoxie.
