He was predeceased by: his wife Terri Stump; his daughter Jonnalee M. Whitehead; his brother Larry Whitehead; and his brother-in-law Larry Heman. He is survived by: his daughter Tonja Whitehead of Sarcoxie; his grandchildren, Charles Whitehead of St. Louis and Caitlyn Deviney of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; and his sisters, Patricia Guinn (Rodney) of LaRussell, Missouri and Linda Heman of LaRussell, Missouri.
The family has directed memorial contributions to Harvey Cemetery in care of the funeral home.
