She is survived by: her daughters, Bradlee Donn Wormington, Sadie Lou Sims, Carllee Monroe Sims and Maddie Rae Johnson; her parents, David Gibbens of Newtonia and Holly Starbuck of Chino Valley, AZ; her grandmothers, Charlene Twitchell of Neosho, Ruby Bowling of Marionville and June Young; her siblings, Dakota Gibbens (Tracey) of Newtonia, Cason Starbuck of Goodman, Hannah Stepp (Josh) of Neosho and Chase Starbuck (Michaela) of Kansas City, Missouri; and her parents-in-law, Mike, Melinda Johnson, Mark Williams and Janet Hornback.
