In the vast expanse of eternity, Clay Allen shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Clay Allen farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Marie Wormington and Jerold Schnake. He is survived by: his parents, John Wormington and Sibra Wormington; his sister Emma Wormington; and his grandparents, John Wormington of Sarcoxie, Dea Schnake of Sarcoxie and Charles Sommer of South Carolina.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Housh-Goodwin Funeral Home (211 N 9th St, Sarcoxie, MO 64862). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sarcoxie High School Archery Building (101 N 17th St, Sarcoxie, MO 64862). A burial will be held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at the Sarcoxie Cemetery.
In-lieu of flowers, contributions may be directed to Jane Pitt Pediatric Cancer Center of Springfield, Missouri or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in care of the funeral home.
