She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Frances I. Letsinger Garrett and William E. Garrett; her friends, Sherry, Richard Reed, Brenda Courtois, Mary, John Foss and Brenda Toler; her cousins, Debra Hamby, Sandra Campbell and George Garrett; her aunts, Katheryn Carter and Joan Letsinger; and her cousins, Shirley Ferry, Bruce Carter, Erica Poulson and Michael Sumaza. She was also cherished by her father's relatives.

Christine was a registered donor with the transplant network and two people were gifted with sight due to her donation.
