He was predeceased by: his parent Judith Couillard (Thompson); his stepfather Jay Couillard; and his grandparents, Katie and Ted Thompson. He is survived by: his sisters, Amy Krause and Lori (Kurt); his niece Emily; and his stepbrothers, Scott, Greg, Brad, Rod, Doug and John Couillard.
