She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Stines and Lyndall Stines (Vandiver); her husband Robert E. Flesher; her son Marcus Wilson; her siblings, Verona Stines, Elda Smothers and Lilliard Stines; and the father of her children Fred Wilson Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Kenton Wilson, Melissa Johnson, Cynthia Lahne and Robin Oliphant (Thomas); and her brothers, Lynn Stines (Colleen) and Bruce Stines (Becky). She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, twenty-seven great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren.
