He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Pavelka; his children, Audrey Metcalf (Chris), Jackson Pavelka (Kaylee), Rachel Pavelka and Jacob Pavelka; his sisters, Susan Milby and Karen Hartigan; and his pets, Ivy and Sunny. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
