He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence "Elmo" Perkins and Marjorie Perkins (Taylor); and his brother Jerry Eugene "Gene" Perkins. He is survived by: his wife Susan Dearing (Madden); his children, Terry Perkins (Lori) of Moberly, MO, Travis Perkins of Seattle, WA, Amanda Sears (Nick) of Salisbury, MO and Joshua Perkins (Ashley) of Bevier, MO; his siblings, Gary Perkins (Pat) of Moberly, MO, David Perkins (Robin) of Versailles, MO, Keith Perkins (Rose) of Salisbury, MO and Brenda Hubbard (Eddie) of Salisbury, MO.; and his stepson Charles Larson (Wanda Alspaugh) of Poulsbo, WA. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
