He was predeceased by: his brother Lee Fainter. He is survived by: his wife Jessie Kay (Raybourn); his daughters, Belinda Dawn Still (Scott Shannon) of Keytesville and Dinelle Rae Fainter of Salisbury; his stepsons, Casey Bryson (Destiny) and Nolan Bryson (Mayra); and his siblings, Annia Ruth Mills, Betty Vanskike, Helen Moore Ancell, Caroline Tackett, Brenda Edsell (Robert) of St. Louis, MO. and Howard Fainter (Melodie Fainter). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 4 step grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren.
In honoring Terry's and the families wishes, memorials to the University of Missouri Hospital Pulmonary Department or the St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
