He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence William and Agnes Celestine Widmer (Roling); his siblings, Jim Widmer, Martha Schneider and Barbara Fitzgerald; his stepson Ricky Nanneman; and his grandson Ryne Millsap.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his children, Tami Reed (Alan) of Springfield, MO, Jerry Widmer (Annette) of Olathe, KS and Jeanie Cayer (Dave) of Springfield, MO; his stepdaughters, Valerie Sears (Grant) of Salisbury, MO and Jennifer Staton (Frank) of Brookfield, MO; his grandchildren, Joel Widmer (Lindsey), Kelci Coatney (Jesse), Nathan Widmer (Lauren), Luke Widmer (Kristen), Levi Millsap, Dillion Cayer (Lauren) and Alex Cayer; his stepgrandchildren, Aaron Nanneman and Jesse Staton; and his sister-in-law Joyce Widmer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
