Lewis Eugene Porter Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lewis Eugene Porter of Salisbury, Missouri, who passed away on November 5, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlos Eugene and Dorothy Alice Porter (McSparren); his daughter Carole Jean Hurt; his siblings, Tom Scott, Bobby Scott, Doris Pope and Connie Scott; and his granddaughter Jennifer Hurt.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Jane Hargett of Brunswick; his sons, Harry Porter (Dawn) of Salisbury, MO and David Porter (Virginia) of Armstrong, MO; his grandchildren, Amanda Hurt, Amy Bird, Lacey Boyce, Jermyn Porter, Josh Porter and Jaden Porter; and his sisters, Shirley Harrelson of Olathe, KS, Carolyn Standfield of Mike, MO and Cheryl Acton of Mike, MO.. He is also survived by several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Salisbury City Cemetery.
