He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Y Lewis and Pearl Ella Lewis (Cupp); and his siblings, Harrison, Milton, William, Donald, Denzil and Atha Sportsman.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Darlene Schmitt; his children, Paul Lewis (Brenda) of Salisbury, MO and Sherri Wright (Jim) of Kearney, MO; his siblings, Robert Lewis of Kansas City, KS and Nadine Flathouse of Boerne, TX; his grandsons, Collin Wright and Zachary "Zac" Wright; and his sister-in-law Larna Lewis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Salisbury City Cemetery, the Mussel Fork Cemetery, Salisbury First Baptist Church.
