With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerry Leighton Cross of Salisbury, Missouri, who passed away on September 3, 2020 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Cross and Evelyn Cross; and his siblings, Joyce Garner and Luther Cross. He is survived by: his wife Viola; his children, Dr. Don Cross (Jian) of Port Orange, Florida, Robert Cross of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Karen Cross Emerson (Brent) of Armstrong and Russell Cross (April) of Tallahassee, Florida.; his great grandchild Carmen Shoemaker; his children, Jayden Wright, Alex Bartolacci of Booneville, Missouri, Justin Cross, Jaron, Colton of Armstrong, Missouri and Seth Emerson (Jacqueline); his grandchildren, Brooklyn Garrison, Brayden of Calallen, Texas and Mary Kaneer (Bryan); and his daughter Destiny of Glasgow, Missouri.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting memorials be made to the Glow Kids at First Baptist Church, Huntsville or Hometown Homecare, Fayette.
