He is survived by: his wife Donna Kendrick; his children, Howard Kent Ratliff (Jill) of Salisbury, MO and Krista Lynette Ratliff (Brian) of Salisbury, MO; his siblings, John Ratliff (Carol) of Salisbury, MO, Linda Guilford (Jim) of Salisbury, MO and Joyce Stone (Mike) of Denver, CO; his grandchildren, Austin Francis (Kate Moorehead) of Salisbury, Brady Francis (Kendra) of Salisbury, Garrett Francis of Salisbury, Cooper Francis of Salisbury, Sydney Ratliff of Salisbury, Savannah Ratliff of Salisbury and Clay Ratliff of Salisbury; and his mother-in-law Gladys Moore of Moberly, MO. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
