Blake; her siblings, Mildred Jacobs, Jack D. and Robert E. Jacobs; her niece Vicey Tucker; and her nephews, Gregory D., Jack and Donald V. Jacobs.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lenora "Tudie" Perkins and Pamela Blake; her grandchildren, Shontell Prince (David), Courtney, Benjamin Perkins, Matkesha "Kiss", Tyree and DeShawn Blake; her sister Terri Smith; and her sister-in-law Amy "Aunt Susie" Jacobs. She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
