He is survived by: his parents, Elmer Bills and Johnnie Bills; his son-in-law Bob Bagby; his daughter Bridget Bagby; his wife Amy; and also, Bridget Bagby (Bills) of Liberty, MO, Dave Duncan, Brenda Duncan (Bills) of Atlanta, GA, Brad Bills, Meredith Bills of Leawood, KS, Bobbie Ford (Bagby), Zach Ford, Brittanie Baker (Bagby), Jesse Baker, Savannah Durban (Duncan), Ally Duncan, Brock Bagby, Jennifer Bills and Summer Bills.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 24 from 1:00 to 2:30 at St. James Parish in Liberty, MO) followed by a private family funeral at 3:00.
