He was predeceased by: his grandfather Bob Murrell; his great-grandparents, Fred, Mary Murrell and Ron Thomas; and his grandparents, Leonard and Bernilda Fessler.
He is survived by: his parents, Kevin Thomas and Destiny Thomas of Salisbury; his grandparents, Christina Alexandar (Justin) of Avalon, MO, David and Bonnie Thomas of Salisbury, MO; and his great-grandparents, John, Ginger Morris and JoAnn Thomas. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
