He is survived by: his children, Dennis Givens (Jessica) of Salisbury, MO and Christy Tooley (David) of Madison, MO; his grandchildren, Kortnie Purnell, Wyatt Tooley, Austin Givens, Alysa Merry and Nadily Merry; his siblings, William "Bill" Givens (Jeanette) of Huntsville, MO and Willa Burris of Salisbury, MO; and his half-sisters, Dorothy Munoz and Sabina Givens of Colorado. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
