He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Goins and Roberta Goins (Coy); and his siblings, Clifford Coy, Jerry Goins, John Goins, Wanita Andrew and Winona Hill.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Vann; his children, Mark Goins (Natasha) of Kansas City, MO and Melissa Lutz (Donnie) of Fayette, MO; his grandchildren, Ashleigh Williamson (Jeremiah), Jasper Lutz (Taylor), Briana Wolf (Lane) and Devin Goins (Delaney); and his great grandchild Sawyer Goins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
