He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Joseph and Margaret Ann Boss (Henke); his siblings, Leo, Francis, Gene, Andrew, Paul, Jim and Edna; and his siblings-in-law, Henry George Wienhaus, Gene Ablen, Beverly Boss and Mary Catherine Boss.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Ann; his children, Carla Fitzgerald (Jim) of Salisbury, MO, Terry Boss (Kelcie) of Liberty, MO and Kent Boss (Cherie) of Richmond, MO.; his grandchildren, Jamie Neary (Ryan) of Canton, OH, Deanna Kahmke (Nicholas) of Manteca, CA, Elizabeth Boss of Liberty, MO, Joshua Boss of Liberty, MO, Zachary Boss (Jenna) of Smithville, MO, Dakota Boss (Angela) of Springfield, MO and Tyler Boss of Tulsa, OK.; his great grandchildren, Milo Boss, Casper Boss and Thomas Neary; and his siblings, Tom, Butch, Ruth, Dorothy and Clara.
A rosary will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church - Salisbury (301 W Williams St, Salisbury, MO 65281). Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Joseph Church (301 W Williams St, Salisbury, MO 65281).
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the St. Joseph School Foundation, St. Joseph Cemetery, or the Salisbury High School Veterans Banner Project.
