She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis M. Odell and Penniah Odell (Scott); her husband Edwin Wayne Brooks; her stepsons, Russell Wayne and James Melvin; and her sister Mary Ann Greer.
She is survived by: her sister Marjorie Saville of Warsaw, MO; her grandchildren, Jerry Brooks, Brian Brooks, Mona Brooks and Kimberly Parker; and her daughters-in-law, Nora Brooks and Michele Brooks. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren.
