He is survived by: his wife Laurie Spencer of Salem, MO; his children, David Spencer of Kansas City, MO, Kelly Spencer (Kate) of Georgia and Neekisha Spencer of Salem, MO; and his siblings, Raymond Kelly of Georgia, Mitchell Parker of Georgia and Vickie Craig of Georgia. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; extended family and dear friends.
