He is survived by: his children, Beverly Bolerjack Martin (Jerry), Thomas Bolerjack Jr., Theresa of Salem, Donna Bolerjack Mosier, Ben of Ridge Spring, David Bolerjack (Dee) of Tomball, Michael Bolerjack (Donna) of Salem, John Bolerjack (Joyce) of Salem and Linda Bolerjack Moser (Randy) of Salem. He is also survived by 19 Grandchildren, 40 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren, other relatives, and many friends.
