He is survived by: his wife Mary Lewis of Salem, MO; his daughters, Julie Neugent (James) and Brenda Woode (Brian); his brothers, Lowell Lewis (Carol), David Lewis (Patti) and Michael Lewis (Marilyn); his grandchildren, Brittany, Conner, Kaylee, Rachel and Steven; and his close friends, Jacob Anderson, Eric Schafer and Zach Schafer. He is also survived by other relatives and dear friends.
