She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Medley and Rozella Medley (Kelley); her husband Robert Duncan; and her siblings, Charles Ray Medley, Dwain Medley (Betty) and Faye Crocker (Jerry).
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Norris (Ronald) of Salem, MO and Scott Duncan (Amber) of Salem, MO; her sister Donna Dees of Salem, MO; her grandchildren, Julie Norris (Justin Smith), Courtney Barton (Dennis), Chelsey Miller (George), Austin Duncan, Liam Duncan and Riley Duncan; and her great grandchildren, Kallie, Charlee, Ryder, Greyson, Cole and Evelyn. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
Memorial Contributions may be made in memory of Ruby Duncan to the Children's Ministry at Grace Community Church and left with Wilson Mortuary.
