She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph O. Perry; her son William R. Perry; her grandchild Chantz J. C. Perry; her parents, Roland Whitaker and Ruth Whitaker; and her sister Marilynn Chastain Schafer.
She is survived by: her son Joseph L. Perry of Salem, MO; her grandchildren, Ciara Kitchen of Salem, MO, Casey Kotschedoff (Josh) of Salem, MO and Chelsey Perry (Travis Click) of Salem, MO; her sisters, Cozette Stephens (Phil) of Colorado and Hannah Lynch (Joe) of North Carolina; and her great grandchildren, Cami, Carly, Cori, Caity, Ellee and Waylon. She is also survived by extended family and dear friends.
