She was predeceased by: her husband Wayne Siems; her parents, William "Oral" Krewson and Bertha Krewson; her sisters, Wilma Hasten (Everett) and Eva Vaughan (Roba); and her nephew Jim Siems.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Mary Sue Moody (Andy), Bill Hasten (Janet), Michael Vaughan (Jenny), Randy Fite, Paul Siems (Terry) and Judy Loeffel. She is also survived by extended family, and dear friends.
Memorial Contributions may be made in memory of Polly Siems to the Dent County Museum and left at Wilson Mortuary.
