She was predeceased by: her husband Freddie "Jack" Jacobs; her parents, Cleveland Lewis and Dolly Lewis; and her siblings, Denver, Delma, Granvil, Hansel "Dude", Vernon "Dick", Velma, Cleo, Grady and Paul.
She is survived by: her children, Christine Jacobs of Fenton, MO, Sherry Hutson (David) of Fenton, MO and Steve Jacobs (Linda) of High Ridge, MO; her granddaughter Angela Kniffen (Keith Choate) of Bonne Terre, MO; her great grandchildren, Alicia Faught (Josh), Steven Goebel and Jarod Goebel; and her great great grandchild Jeremiah Julios. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and dear friends.
