Though Monty Ray may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He is survived by: his wife Dr. Yvonne Prince of Salem, MO; his children, Nathan Kitchen (Kylie) of Sullivan, MO, Crystal Brand (Scott) of Peculiar, MO and Madeline Prince (Maria) of Chicago, IL; his grandson Theodore Brand; his niece Ashley Hubert (Nick); and his pet Breezy. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wilson Mortuary - Salem (1000 Scenic Rivers Blvd, Salem, MO 65560). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made in memory of Monty Kitchen to the Salem Animal Shelter, St. Jude Children's Hospital, or Shriners Children's Hospital and left with Wilson Mortuary.
