She is survived by: her husband Jim Cafourek of Salem, MO; her children, Eli Pryor of Steelville, MO and Kasey Johnston of Boss, MO; her stepchildren, Jacob Cafourek (Lanessa) of Salem, MO and J. D. Cafourek (Dana) of Hallsville, MO; her siblings, Luanne Cummins, Marsha Oberkfell, Mary Klotz and Tracey Garner; her grandchildren, Hunter Hedrick, Holden Hedrick, Daylan Pryor, Elivia Pryor and Cordale Pryor; and her great grandchild Westyn Hedrick. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and dear friends.
Memorial Contributions may be made in memory of Megan Cafourek to the St. Jude Children's Hospital and left with Wilson Mortuary.
