She was predeceased by: her parents, George Briggs and Carrie Briggs; her husband Jimmy Clark Purcell; her grandson Kevin; her siblings, Wave, Rosie, Thelma, Geraldine, Arnold, Vernon, Lloyd, Audrey and Aubrey; and her siblings-in-law, Elmer and Hattie Purcell.

She is survived by: her son Kevin Purcell of Akers. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.
