She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert B. Hawkins and Virgie Lee Hawkins (Peyton); her son James Oren Cuddy; and her siblings, Nan White, Bobby Lee Hawkins, Glenda Kelly and Lucy Lamb.
She is survived by: her husband Larry Wayne Cuddy of Salem, MO; her son Matthew Wayne Cuddy (Trena) of Salem, MO; her grandchildren, Rebecca England (Daniel) and Joshua Cuddy; her great grandchildren, Ava Mae and Raelynn Marie; and her sister-in-law Patsy Ann Enley. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and dear friends.
Memorial Contributions may be made in memory of Mary Ann Cuddy to the American Cancer Society and left with Wilson Mortuary.
