He is survived by: his wife Brandy Fowler of Salem, MO; his children, Megan Fowler (Larry Wagoner Jr.) and Kelly Fowler of Salem, MO; his granddaughter Raelynne; his parents-in-law, Bobby and Leona Brooks of Salem, MO; and his siblings-in-law, Lori Thompson (Charles) of Salem, MO and Bobby Brooks Jr. of Cuba, MO. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and dear friends.
