He is survived by: his wife Cindy Sweigard of Salem, MO; his son Tyler Sweigard (Stephanie) of Salem, MO; his brothers, Dan Sweigard of Salem, MO, William Sweigard (Cassie) of Salem, MO and Adam Sweigard of Salem, MO; his parents-in-law, Steve and Karen Walberg of Salem, MO; and his brother-in-law Jeff Walberg of Salem, MO. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made in memory of John Sweigard to help with Final Expenses and left at Wilson Mortuary.
