He is survived by: his wife Patricia Hoy of Salem, MO; his children, Dallas Hoy of Warrenton, MO and Sarah Stites of Salem, MO; his sister Doris Edwards-Klenke of Illinois; and his pet Meko. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
