He is survived by: his sons, Scott Johnston (Melissa) of St. Charles, MO, Eric Johnston of Florida, Dan Johnston (Jessica) of St. Louis, MO and Dylan Johnston of High Ridge, MO; his mother Freeda Johnston of Salem, MO; and his brother David Johnston of Bourbon, MO. He is also survived by many grandchildren; extended family and dear friends.
