He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Simpson and Carmen Simpson (East); and his siblings, Cecilia Simpson and George Simpson. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Reeves; his daughter Tasha Simpson of Festus, MO; and his stepsons, Terry Reeves of St. Louis and Brian Weems of Jonesboro, AK.. He is also survived by four grandchildren; five nieces and nephews.
