He is survived by: his daughter Phyllis Green (Rob) of California, MO; his grandchildren, Heather Mosier (Corey), Steven Warnement and Amber Gibbs; and his siblings, Bernadean Nash (Pat) of Salem, MO, Carol Shelton (Dale) of Oregon and Walter Pace (Barbara) of Boody, IL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and dear friends.
