He is survived by: his wife Janet Whitaker of Springfield, MO; his children, Clinton Whitaker (Dianne) of Salem, MO and Christina Whitaker of St. Louis, MO; his brother Rick Whitaker (Kay) of Salem, MO; and his granddaughter Peyton Whitaker. He is also survived by extended family and dear friends.
