We are sad to announce that on March 26, 2024, at the age of 74, Fredrick Howard Jr. of Salem, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick Sr. Howard and Arzetta Howard; and his brother Francis Howard. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Howard of Salem, MO; his brothers, Johnny Howard (Debbie) of Salem, MO and Gary Howard (Brenda) of St. James, MO; his sister-in-law Tammy Howard of Reeds Spring, MO; his mother-in-law Helen Rasor of Salem, MO; and his daughter Kimberly Dawn. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins, other relatives, and dear friends.
