He is survived by: his sons, Christian Thompson of Oklahoma City, OK, Adam Thompson of Salem, MO and Caleb Thompson (Courtney) of Salem, MO; his sisters, Linda Stevens (Danny) and Connie Williams; and his grandchildren, Bailey, Cace and Shaylee. He is also survived by extended family and dear friends.
