She was predeceased by: her parents, Noel Bland and Mildred Bland (Patterson); her husband JC Blake; her son Billy Jay Blake; her brothers, Johnny Bland and Billy Bland; and her grandson Wesley McIntire.
She is survived by: her sons, Keith Blake (Angie) and Richard Blake (Jane); her grandchildren, Kelli Potts, Becki Kirkman, Jordan Blake, Charlie Blake, Brandon Blake and Joseph Blake; and her siblings, Connie McClain and Kenneth Bland (Gay). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
