He was predeceased by: his wife Marie Thomas (Ragsdale); his son Mark Thomas; his grandchildren, Colin and Ila; and his parents, Ezekial Thomas and Ila Thomas (Reeves).
He is survived by: his daughter Lindy Thomas of Salem, MO; his grandchildren, Jessica Armstead, Hannah Robinson of Florida and Nathon Thomas (Karin) of Virginia; and his great grandchildren, Kody, Seth, Nicholas, Levi and Darwin. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Wilson Mortuary - Salem (1000 Scenic Rivers Blvd, Salem, MO 65560). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at the Wilson Mortuary Salem Chapel (1000 Scenic Rivers Blvd, Salem, MO 65560).
Memorial Contributions may be made in memory of Eldon Thomas to the Activities Department for Christmas Gifts with the Missouri Veterans Home-St. James.
